On the PPACA's One Year Anniversary and amid an all time high percentage of Americans who want it's repeal, Team Obama is sending out it's sales force to once again attempt to convince skeptical voters on the law's alleged merits. No doubt, they will be promoting the Small Business Tax Credit which is already proving to be another bureacratic juggernaut.
