The President of the Galen Institute details a six point strategy that Congress can implement in order to mitigate the damage Obamacare will inflict on American patients, taxpayers and businesses. With a change in congressional majority in 2010, enacting this plan can put us on the path to REPEAL and REPLACE when a Republican administration wins the White House in 2012.
