Despite the failures of eight other states in trying to provide affordable, universal health insurance coverage, the Obama administration has not only ignored history, but actually proposes to implement the same exact features of these doomed social experiments. Isn't the definition of "Insanity", the act of repeating the same thing, but expecting a different outcome?
