Missouri voters from both parties sent a resounding NO to the WH and Congress regarding their individual mandate to purchase insurance and a Virginia judge rules against the federal government in their motion to dismiss the state's challenge of Obamacare. These two significant developments are proving how difficult it will be to implement the PPACA and both were rebuked by the WH and largely ignored by the mainstream media.
