With passage of Obamacare into law, endless legal battles will be fought between the states and federal government and like all previous entitlement programs, will be a colossal budget buster for Congress. Reflecting on the contentious method by which this unpopular legislation is being imposed on Americans, future Congress' may be mired down in defending or repealing this bill rather than focusing their attention on other issues that need to be addressed.
