The PPACA of 2010, also known as the healthcare reform bill and Obamacare, is going to flood America's small businesses and their clients with an unprecedented amount of paperwork and regulatory mandates at a time when the nation is struggling with near double digit unemployment. In order to comply with the rules of this monstrous bill, small business owners may find themselves in a position of not being able to hire and expand due to the additional government burden placed upon them.
